Employee TeamSGE has 14 employees based in Beijing and a select group of contractors and consultants. They constitute a multi-disciplined team with skills in geology, operations, administration, government relations and finance. Most staff have been with SGE for more than 2 year with some in excess of 3 years. SGE will increase its employee base as required in order to meet its objectives, particularly as it moves towards its development target. SGE is an equal opportunity employer with all employees being engaged according to contracts of employment under which staff receive all of the benefits prescribed by Chinese law. Each member of the senior management team has also entered into an executive service contract with SGE. SGE requires all employees to aspire to the highest standards of professionalism, at all times in full compliance with all laws and observing the principles of independence, accuracy and integrity in all dealings. As part of their employment contracts all staff have agreed to abide by the Company's Code of Conduct and other Company policies.
