岗位职责：
1.Establish and update compliance management framework and mechanism, from external regulatory requirements and internal corporate compliance policies；
2.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for risk management and develop risks management plan；
3.Lead, plan, and participate as required for internal review or audit project by compliance annual plan；
4.Identify, monitor and investigate compliance issues and timely deliver compliance related reports with remediation and improvement plan；
5.Establishment of compliance process and maintain of relevant documentation；
6.Provide support and training to employees or management as required；
7.Proactively identify compliance issues on polices or process foo continuous improvement initiatives；
8.Assist external auditors or conduct internal audits if necessary；
9. Ensure personal awareness of relevant legal or regulatory changes, algins SGE policy with those changes and communicate effectively to appropriate management.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficient in Oil & Gas industry, better understanding of PSC operations;
3. Preferably additional qualification in core Compliance areas especially corporate compliance investigation;
4. Minimum of 5 years Compliance Investigation experience with comparable level of responsibility in MNC or multinational enterprises or audit firms;
5. Demonstrated experience in compliance related work;
6. Proven certain risk management work experience;
7. Strong communication and influencing skills;
8. Fluent languages both English and Chinese, especially in written;
9. Highly committed to Compliance Able to work independently as well as in a team and under strong pressure, taking ownership and accountability.
