岗位职责
1.Assisting subsurface manager to manage and lead company’s sub-surface related activities.
2. Supervising geological related staff and ensure them comply with all company’policies.
3. Keeping and analyzing well records and data, accurately producing subsurface related reports timely or/and as required.
4. Design, produce and main geological maps, reservoir maps, cross sections and correlations.
5. Generate, maintain and update geo-models.
6. Work with and strongly influence operation company’s relative staff.
7. Undertake exploration & development geological studies.
8. Provide all necessary input for the future business development opportunities identified by the company.
9. Mentor and train less experienced technical staff.
任职要求：
1. Master’s degree in Geology.
2. ＞12 years of post-Master’s Degree technical experience.
3. Computer workstation and PC skills (Petrel, Discovery, Mapping, MS Office applications, etc.)
4. Work well as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Good English.
6. Good written and oral communications.
7. Good problem-solving skills.
8. Attention to details is needed.
9. Willing to work at site as required.
