Senior Production Manager
岗位职责：
1. Compile and analyze available information in order to propose the conceptual design of well completion (open hole / encased hole, intelligent completion, completion for joint production, drilling design and its requirements, etc.).
2. Analyze the different lifting systems for the well and the asset, to propose the most appropriate one and optimize the asset's production and profitability.
3. Model and analyze the well's productivity and potential, identifying discrepancies and their possible causes, in order to propose solutions with the aim of improving productivity and assuring that production reaches its potential.
4. Model and evaluate the "subsurface to surface" integrated production system (reservoir-wells-gathering network) identifying bottlenecks and their possible causes, in order to propose solutions with the aim of optimizing the asset's production. Keep the model up-to-date and evaluate actions to be carried out in different scenarios (What If...).
5. Select wells as candidates for workovers and intervention, by means of the integrated review of the performance of the reservoir, the well and its production, with the aim of improving well productivity.
6. Define the acquisition plan for the data needed to monitor production, operations and the performance of the reservoir, and to ensure compliance with the production plan. Detect deviations from the asset's production plan and their causes, in order to propose corrective action.
7. Analyze the asset's daily closing figures for production, including production distribution in the wells (back allocation) and deferred production, for their validation and later publication in the respective reports. Establish corrective action to reduce deferred production to the minimum economic impact on the asset.
8. Identify, evaluate (technical-economic) and propose innovative Production Technology strategies to improve the well's operational performance and the profitability of the asset.
9. Periodically review operational processes to minimize operational costs and improve aspects related to Safety and Environment, by means of applying better practices and the availability of new technologies.
10. Give priority to identified corrective actions, the application of new technologies and processes, based on their impact on the production plan and its profitability, in order to plan their implementation, in co-ordination with the rest of the disciplines involved, taking best Safety and Environment practices into account.
11. Key Member of Production & SubSurface Group.
任职要求：
1. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in oil and gas operations.
2. Familiarity with downhole operations and upstream surface facilities.
3. Solid understanding of regulatory issues concerning field operations is desired.
4. Excellent computer skills in systems such as Harmony, PETEX Suite, S-Rod, Excel, PowerPoint and Word are also required.
5. Familiarity with unconventional well performance analysis, integrated modelling and DCA must have very good oral and written English skills.
6. Recent experience in China, and with Ordos field a plus.
7. Experience with channel sandstone reservoirs.
8. BS in Petroleum Engineering, MS preferred.
9. Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
